Summer News
A lot of exciting things tend to happen in summer, don't they? For me it's a time when I can really delve more into writing, promotion, and research. This summer was no different. First, happy to announce that Heaven Sent will be released in August. NO exact date just yet but we are working on the last round of edits. What's New
When I finished and published Eternally Wild, I planned on it being a stand alone novel. However, things do change. After a 3 star reviewer commented on a few things that bothered her, and then again finding some inspiration from dreams about Michael and Jon (again), I decided to attempt to write a book from Johnnie Vega's point of view. Anatomy of a Novel - Eternally Wild
People often ask me how I get ideas for stories. Authors are inspired by many things as we write and that was definitely the case for my new novel, Eternally Wild. The novel was inspired by a dream I had about meeting the ghost of Michael Hutchence, and his influence is definitely felt throughout the book. Wow! It's been awhile! Long enough to write a book!
I can't believe it's been this long since I've written a blog post. Where does the time go? Most of it to my day job. And then there have been concerts and cons with my daughter! Michael Hutchence Leaves his Mark on me.
In 1983, MTV came into my home. I was thrilled! I'd always loved music, but MTV was a new invention, that put faces to the radio and introduced new music much more quickly than our local DJs did.
